Shoulder Pain Relief in Ormond Beach — Without Surgery
Get back to lifting, throwing, golfing, and the activities you love. Ultrasound-guided regenerative injections plus targeted shoulder rehab — coordinated as a single plan, not piecemeal.
Sound familiar?
If any of these describe what you're dealing with, you're in the right place. We've helped a lot of people in the same spot.
- Can't sleep on your shoulder anymore
- Frozen shoulder that won't loosen up
- Lifting your arm overhead is painful or impossible
- Diagnosed with a partial rotator cuff tear
- Bursitis or impingement that won't go away
- Arthritic AC joint or general shoulder arthritis
How We Treat Your Shoulder Pain
We combine multiple approaches under one roof so your care is coordinated — not a stack of disconnected referrals.
Ultrasound-Guided PRP & A2M Injections
Platelet-rich plasma and Alpha-2-Macroglobulin delivered precisely into the shoulder joint, tendon, or bursa under ultrasound guidance.
Stem Cell Therapy
Mesenchymal stem cell injections for partial rotator cuff tears, advanced tendinopathy, and post-surgical recovery support.
Shockwave Therapy
Radial shockwave for chronic rotator cuff tendinopathy, calcific shoulder tendinitis, and stubborn impingement that hasn't responded to rest.
Cold Laser Therapy
Class IV cold laser to accelerate cellular repair in the soft tissue around the joint.
Manual Therapy & IASTM
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and targeted manual therapy for the rotator cuff, scapular muscles, and shoulder capsule.
Therapeutic Exercise
Rotator cuff and scapular stability work to rebuild the muscles that actually hold the shoulder together — so the relief from injections holds.
What Makes Us Different
Most clinics do one thing — an adjustment, an injection, a round of exercises — and send you on your way. Our model puts every piece of your care under the same roof, so you're not stuck chasing individual treatments hoping one of them works.
Everything under one roof
Chiropractic, therapeutic exercise, in-office medical providers, and bracing — all coordinated, all in the same building. No bouncing between offices, no fragmented care.
Follow-through, not one-and-done
We track your progress and adjust your plan as you improve. You don't get a single treatment and hear “come back if it hurts again.”
Sequenced care: injection first, modalities after the soreness window
After an ultrasound-guided injection the joint is sore for two or three days while the regenerative work begins. We deliberately wait about a week before layering in shockwave, laser, IASTM, or therapeutic exercise — so the modalities reinforce healing instead of disrupting it.
A real plan with an end
At your first visit we tell you how many visits we think you'll need — and we stick to it. No indefinite memberships, no open-ended packages.
What to Expect
No pressure, no surprises. Here's what your care looks like from your first call to your last visit.
- 1
Consultation & Ultrasound Evaluation
A full shoulder exam plus diagnostic ultrasound to identify what's actually driving the pain — partial tear, tendinopathy, bursitis, capsule, or arthritis.
- 2
Honest Candidacy Review
If we don't think regenerative therapy is the right call (e.g., complete rotator cuff tear or severe arthritis), we'll tell you and refer you to the right surgeon.
- 3
Injection First, Modalities Second
If you're a candidate, we start with the ultrasound-guided injection. About a week later — after the post-injection soreness window — we layer in shockwave, laser, IASTM, and therapeutic exercise.
- 4
Re-Evaluation & Maintenance
We measure shoulder range of motion, strength, and pain at intervals to confirm the plan is working — and adjust if it isn't.
Real Patient Stories
What people say after coming through our Ormond Beach office.
“A year ago I was convinced I was going to need a shoulder replacement. Within 3 weeks of my stem cell injection, I began noticing a difference. My shoulder is back to at least 90% of what it was. I can sleep on my left side again. ZERO pain!”
“After a few years of suffering from a shoulder injury (torn rotator cuff), five previous doctors were only able to relieve certain symptoms without ever addressing the root cause. Surgery was the common answer, but CIH thinks holistically. After only 1 week, I've found new optimism and improvement.”
“I've been experiencing left shoulder pain for over a decade. I decided to go the regenerative medicine route rather than surgery. Best decision I ever made. The stem cells and PRP made my shoulder feel like new!”
Common Questions
What if I have a complete rotator cuff tear?+
Complete tears generally need surgical repair — regenerative injections can't reattach detached muscle fibers, and we'll tell you honestly. That said, we can still help with post-surgical recovery: stem cell therapy after surgery has been shown to support the joint and speed healing.
Will an injection cure my arthritis?+
It can't reverse arthritis. For mild-to-moderate cases, ultrasound-guided PRP, A2M, or stem cell injections can meaningfully reduce pain and improve function. Severe arthritis is usually outside what regenerative therapy can do — we'll be upfront about that during your evaluation.
Why wait a week between injection and other treatments?+
The joint is typically sore for two or three days after an injection while the regenerative work begins. We don't want to disrupt that. Once the soreness clears, we layer in shockwave, laser, IASTM, and therapeutic exercise so they reinforce the healing rather than fight against it.
Does insurance cover the injection?+
Regenerative injections (PRP, A2M, stem cell) are typically out-of-pocket. The follow-up therapies — shockwave, laser, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise — are often covered by insurance. We'll go over costs before you commit.
