Sciatica & Nerve Pain — Get the Shooting, Burning, and Numbness Under Control
Nerve pain isn't something you should white-knuckle your way through. Our Ormond Beach team treats the underlying cause so you stop treating symptoms.
Sound familiar?
If any of these describe what you're dealing with, you're in the right place. We've helped a lot of people in the same spot.
- Shooting pain down the back of your leg
- Numbness or tingling in your foot
- Pain that's worse when you sit
- Burning sensation in your buttocks or thigh
- Weakness when climbing stairs
- Pain meds aren't working anymore
How We Treat Sciatica & Nerve Pain
We combine multiple approaches under one roof so your care is coordinated — not a stack of disconnected referrals.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Relieve pressure on the sciatic nerve at its source in the spine.
Decompression & Manual Therapy
Gentle traction techniques to create space for the compressed nerve.
Therapeutic Exercise
Targeted stretching and strengthening of the muscles around the affected nerve.
Regenerative Options
For chronic or stubborn cases, injection therapies may be appropriate.
What Makes Us Different
Most clinics do one thing — an adjustment, an injection, a round of exercises — and send you on your way. Our model puts every piece of your care under the same roof, so you're not stuck chasing individual treatments hoping one of them works.
Everything under one roof
Chiropractic, therapeutic exercise, in-office medical providers, and bracing — all coordinated, all in the same building. No bouncing between offices, no fragmented care.
Follow-through, not one-and-done
We track your progress and adjust your plan as you improve. You don't get a single treatment and hear “come back if it hurts again.”
Nerve-source diagnosis before treatment
Is it a disc? The piriformis? Stenosis? The right treatment depends on the answer — so we figure it out before we start, not after three rounds of generic care.
A real plan with an end
At your first visit we tell you how many visits we think you'll need — and we stick to it. No indefinite memberships, no open-ended packages.
What to Expect
No pressure, no surprises. Here's what your care looks like from your first call to your last visit.
- 1
Nerve-Focused Exam
Sensation testing, reflex checks, and imaging review if you have it.
- 2
Diagnosis
Is it disc-related? Piriformis? Something else? Treatment depends on the answer.
- 3
Active Treatment
Usually a combination of adjustments, therapy, and a short list of home exercises.
- 4
Prevention
Once you're better, we make sure you stay better with maintenance strategies.
Common Questions
What causes sciatica?+
Most often a herniated disc, spinal stenosis, or piriformis muscle tightness compressing the sciatic nerve. We find out which one is driving your symptoms.
Will I need an MRI?+
Not always. We start with a clinical exam and only order imaging if it will meaningfully change the treatment plan.
How long until I feel relief?+
Many patients feel meaningful improvement within two to three weeks.
When should I worry about surgery?+
If there's progressive weakness or loss of bladder/bowel function, surgery might be necessary — but that's rare. For most people, conservative care works.
